A dram is a small, deliberate measure. We chose the name because it describes how we like to work: in considered amounts, with nothing wasted and nothing poured without reason.
We are 27 designers, engineers and strategists based in Lagos and working with clients across four continents. Most of us have built and run products of our own, and it shows in how we work with yours.
The mark
A vessel, poured to the line. It stands for knowing exactly how much is needed, and having the discipline to stop there.

Intent over output
We would rather ship one thing that matters than ten that do not. Every feature, screen and line of code should have a reason you can say out loud.

Write it down
Decisions, trade-offs and architecture live in documents your team can read after we leave. Nothing important lives only in someone's head.

Boring where it matters
Proven tools for the foundations, so we can be inventive where it shows. Your payments system is not the place for our experiments.

Details are the product
Empty states, error messages, loading times and alt text. The parts nobody puts in a pitch deck are the parts people feel every day.

Leave it better
Every engagement ends with a codebase, design system or brand that is easier to work with than when we found it.

Own the outcome
We measure ourselves by your results, not our hours. If something we built is not working, that is our problem too.
